Account deletion
You can delete your PawStreak account in the app:
- Open PawStreak and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Profile Details.
- Choose Delete PawStreak Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Account deletion removes account-linked data such as your profile, dog profiles, walks, care records, uploaded files, goals, streaks, and friends data from PawStreak's Supabase systems. PawStreak also attempts storage cleanup for uploaded dog avatars, walk photos, and Care Vault files.
Deleting your PawStreak account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled separately through your Apple account.
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@pawstreak.app from the email address on your PawStreak account and ask for account deletion help.
Apple subscription management
PawStreak Plus subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple Account name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select PawStreak.
- Choose the option to cancel or manage your plan.
You can also use Apple's subscription page: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. PawStreak cannot cancel, refund, or change Apple billing on your behalf.
Privacy and data help
PawStreak uses account-linked storage for dog profiles, GPS walk tracking, route history, care entries, uploaded photos, uploaded documents, goals, streaks, and subscription entitlement state. Data is used for app functionality and is not used for tracking, advertising, marketing, or data brokerage.
The launch build does not use OCR or AI parsing for uploaded records, and PawStreak does not automatically share your files with vets, sitters, or other third parties.

Safety notes
PawStreak's location, route, distance, weather, reminder, and safety information can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Use your own judgment, follow local rules, and prioritize your dog's wellbeing.
