This policy explains how PawStreak handles information in the launch build of the mobile app and this support website.
Information PawStreak collects
PawStreak may collect and store the following information:
- Account information, such as your Supabase user ID, email address, and username.
- Dog profiles, including dog name, breed, birth date, weight, health notes, and dog avatar.
- GPS walk tracking data when you start a walk, including route, distance, duration, pace, timestamps, and related weather temperature.
- Walk history, notes, mood tags, care tags, water breaks, potty breaks, and optional walk photos.
- Goals, streaks, badges, reminders, leaderboard totals, friends data, and other app progress data.
- Care entries, rest day logs, and Care Vault uploads such as photos and documents for vaccination records, insurance, medications, vet visit notes, and other dog documents.
- Care Vault metadata, such as dog, category, title, expiration date, file name, content type, file size, and notes.
- Apple subscription entitlement information needed to unlock PawStreak Plus features.
How PawStreak uses information
PawStreak uses your information for app functionality: signing you in, saving your dog profiles, tracking walks you start, showing walk history and stats, managing goals and streaks, storing private care records, enabling opt-in sharing features, and checking PawStreak Plus access.
PawStreak does not use your data for tracking, advertising, data brokerage, or selling personal information.
Location privacy
PawStreak requests location access so it can map walks, calculate distance and duration, and save route history when you choose to track a walk. Route history is linked to your account and should be treated as sensitive.
Leaderboards and shared summaries are designed around totals such as distance and walk count. They do not need to expose precise routes, home addresses, or live location.
User uploads and care records
Walk photos, Care Vault files, report-card notes, and rest day logs are private user content linked to your account and selected dog. PawStreak stores uploaded file metadata such as category, title, expiration date, notes, file type, and file size.
The launch build does not parse uploaded files with OCR or AI, does not diagnose, does not provide treatment advice, and does not automatically share documents with vets, sitters, or other third parties.
Vet/Sitter Passport sharing is user-controlled. It shares text through the native share sheet and does not attach your private uploaded files.
Storage and service providers
PawStreak uses Supabase for authentication, database records, and private account-linked file storage. Private storage object paths are scoped to the Supabase user, and app records are designed to be accessible only to the authenticated account that owns them.
PawStreak Plus billing is handled by Apple. Apple may process purchase and subscription information according to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
You can update or delete many records in the app, including:
- Profile details, dog profiles, goals, and reminders.
- Completed walks, notes, photos, care records, and rest day logs.
- Optional friends and sharing settings where available.
You can delete your PawStreak account from Profile, then Profile Details, then Delete PawStreak Account. Account deletion removes account-linked database records and attempts storage cleanup for uploaded files. Apple subscription cancellation remains managed in your Apple account.

Health and safety
PawStreak does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Dog profile health notes and care records are for your organization and app functionality only. When in doubt, consult a veterinarian.
Changes to this policy
PawStreak may update this policy as the app changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new last updated date.
